What to Expect

The program includes a variety of wellness and mindfulness activities:

• Movement: Guided yoga lessons in the wild and Zumba sessions.
• Mindfulness: Meditation, journaling guides, and goal manifestation talks by professionals.
• Dining: Full-board nourishment, including 10:00 AM tea, a buffet lunch, and 4:00 PM tea.
• Connection: Opportunities for deep mental resets and nature connection.

To maintain the “detox” environment, no cell phones are allowed during the event.
